Vegas

My hubby and I are going to Vegas in March for our honeymoon and I'm looking to see if anyone has any suggestions of things we should do. We kind of have a unique situation because my hubs is in a wheelchair so a lot of the tours (i.e., ones to the Grand Canyon) we can't do because they don't accommodate wheelchairs (which is RIDICULOUS in this day and age)! From my understanding though, most of the shows have wheelchair accessibly seating which is a relief. ANYWAY! Any suggestions on places to eat, things to see, places to go, would be awesome!

I have seen many shows in Vegas, my absolute favorite one has been Jabbawockeez in the Monte Carlo hotel. It was so fun, even my husband who is not a fan of any sort of dancing whatsoever really enjoyed it!
Some of the best nights we have in Vegas are at the comedy clubs. Harrah's has a great improv night i would highly recommend!
For a great view of the strip make sure to go up the Stratoshere right before sunset so you can see both day and night.
Once you get there in your hotel room there will be a magazine that tells you what is going on in Vegas that week so make sure to go through that and it will be a big help!0 -
im going to vegas in march aswell!! i also went in august! i cant get enough of that place!
So mostly i found a lot of the free stuff the most interesting! Ill start from one end of the strip and make my way down.
where are you staying this might help? i stayed at MGM, then staying in monte carlo this time
MANDALAY BAY- HUGE aquarium, they also have the minus 5 ice bar (you guessed it, a bar completly made of ice, (not the floor), so the wheelchair could fit in), i found that real fun! (although i am 21, so i was pretty drunk most of the time :P)
LUXOR was cool just to wander around in-lotsa cool egyptian stuff too see.
EXCALIBUR- tourament of kings show (about 50 bucks for dinner and a show), all jousting and knights and cool stuff. definite wheelchair acess.
MGM- they have 3 adult lions , and baby lions which you can go in and sit with (for a mighty high price though).
NEW YORK NEW YORK best rollercoaster ever (no wheelchair sorry), but they have GREAT pizzza in thier little terrace shops!
BELAGIO- go see the fountains at nght time, they run every 15 minutes until 9pm, then its every half an hour, this was one of my most favourite things to do, and its free!!
MIRAGE- they have the massive volcano outside which is every 15 minute until midnight. also pretty cool! be prepared to get a bit hot. go see this at night too.
HURRAHS- silly little casio, only went there for the dollar margheritas!!
CEASERS PALACE- go in here just to wander, its huge, and amazing! we got lost, but somewhere there is an aquarium with a free show about atlantis. we just stumbled upon it so i cant tell you much about it.
TREASURE ISLAND- not that great. again they have a free "pirates of TI" show every half an hour so so, with people, and pirate ship battles and cool stuff like that, dont worry you cant miss it, there are fireworks and other cool stuff.
VENETIAN- awesmomely cool casino aswell, very fancy looking, not much to do, but nice just to wander through to look at the "artitechture".
we took a whole day just to wander the strip and look around al the casinos and stuff, that was great in itself.
I went and saw lion king for my vegas show. this time im going to go see circe de solei.. cause i got two free show tickets with my hotel booking.
anywya hope this helps.?
enjoy your vegas stay!!0
