The brazillian booty infomercials has def peeked my interest, but I noticd that everyone on there seems to already have ”junk in the trunk”, they are just trying to tone n lift it. Well what if ur trunk is empty?!? I have a very little cute booty. It took many squats n leg lifts to grow, but I am not satisfied: I WANT A BAH-DUNK-A-DUNK!!
Has anyone gone from 0-60 in the backyard? If so, how???
Has anyone gained a ”package” from the brazillian booty lift, or is it byob (bring your own butt)?

Genetics is the only way to get a badonkadonk as most badonks are NOT pure muscle at ALL. Squats and such will help strengthen the muscles and lift and firm up the area.0

As the previous poster said, to get one of those truly large booties, I think your body has to want to store fat there--something my body just doesn't like to do (I'm all hip and no @ss). But I still think it's possible to build something back there (possibly more than you already have). For me, squats leave me with sore quads, but feeling nothing in my butt. I have found that a few exercises really leave me feeling the burn "back there." They are:
-hip extensions/glute kickbacks -- http://www.acefitness.org/exerciselibrary/14/bird-dog
-hip rotations -- http://www.acefitness.org/exerciselibrary/110/hip-rotations-push-up-position
-bridges/glute bridges -- http://www.acefitness.org/exerciselibrary/145/glute-bridge-single-leg-progression
I've done a lot of variations on the first two in dance classes, but I don't know what they're called and couldn't find pictures of any of them. Basically, you can bring your leg up and then forward (towards your shoulder). Also, you can do the first two either in forearm planks, or high planks.0 -

Heavy, heavy squats...lots of lunges, and more heavy squats. There are several variations you can do....regular back squat, front squat, sumo squat, bulgarian split squat, box squat, also stiff legged deadlifts. But light weight won't do much to build a butt....so you MUST lift as heavy as you can while still maintaining good form.0

Yes, muscles will grow, but I don't think the OP is going for buns of steal sort of thing, there is a certain type of jiggly, pop-able, booty that is not all muscle.0 -
All ur suggestions are great!
Buns of steel, no?
Make him wanna grab it, yes!
I used those booty implant undies for years before I got the little one Ive now. Didnt use em daily, just special occassions when I needed to look curvy.
U can def build one, thats how I got this baby dunk . It just took forever.0 -
Ok after I read your post I seriously LOL'd!! Your phrasing cracked me up:) Unfortunately I have no advice for you b/c i"m in the same boat...but if you do find something new besides the squats and lunges, you definitely need to post it up for the rest of us;)0
