question on calorie calculators

Hi all,
I hope someone can give me insights into this. I recently downloaded the runtastic app on my phone. It tracks distance and time from various types of activities and at the end of the activity provides a Calories burned estimate. I have been using the website caloriesburnedperhour.com for this information. Both the app and the website ask for my weight, time and distance. There was a 35% difference in the estimate between the two. Does any know which of these is more accurate?
