Hi all, I was wondering about this earlier this morning whilst I was cooking breakfast. I used 1 tbsp of butter to cook some sausage onions and green peppers in it. When im finished cooking and I eat the sausage onions and peppers does that mean I've also consumed 1 tbsp of butter as well or am I eating a little less because half of the pan still has butter residue in it and the rest looks like its evaporated. What do you think?
