Hey y'all...
Hubby and I started juicing today. We each just finished drinking 10 oz of juice from the following:
1 pineapple
2 pears
2 cups strawberries
60 mint leaves
How on earth do I count this? Obviously, I'm not getting the fiber...so I doubt the 113 calories in 1/2 of a pineapple is accurate...
I'm not sure how many ounces of fresh juice each fruit provided...I'm a little stumped.
Anyone else have this problem?
