Thats my problem! haha I hate exercising but i know I have to if I want success. Thank you for the encouragement!
  • one of the best ways to get results is to write down your goals on a piece of paper, sign it, and show everyone you know that you have a contract with yourself to commit to changing bad habits.

Try to find a workout or activity that you actually like or one you do with a friends. Two things I recently found and love are my new recumbent bike and Zumba DVDs. It gets easier with time. I find that planning my food out the night before helps me the most with keeping on track with calories.

    Feel free to friend me!

By nature I prefer to be a lazy slug. Unfortunately that lead to being 60 pounds over weight too, and I'm three weeks in to my new effort t take that change. Watching what I eat (closely and being honest in tracking everything whether it's a good day or bad), drinking lots of water, and getting myself up and moving has made all the difference.
  • Laziness is my same problem. I know I need to exercise and eat right but I have no energy. And I know it is because I am overweight. I need a buddy too! I recently went out and bought a few easy (hopefully) exercise Dvd's and a few dancing weight loss ones because I enjoy dancing and figured maybe that will be fun instead of thinking about it being exercise. Plus I have the Wii so I bought just dance 3. Good luck to you. We all can do it and I'm sure afetr just losing a few lbs we will feel our energy increase and our laziness decrease. WE CAM ALL DO THIS! I have about 60lbs to lose also
