Just curious, how can you tell when you start to get hungry?
For me, my head starts to hurt, I start burping, my stomach hurts (feels like someone is squeezing the organ), I feel light headed, and/or I get very cranky.
Is there a way to get rid of these feelings or is water just the answer?

I think if you get hungry to this extent the best solution is to eat something.0

Try not to let yourself get so hungry. Eating more protein is key b/c you feel full longer. Also, try to eat 5 small meals a day. Healthy foods of course.0
