Need Low Cal-High Protein Recipes

Im starting a new diet so I can start to build muscle, its the "zig zag diet" from bodybuilding.com to lose body fat. It took me three hours to design a meal plan for one day, so I really need some help. If you have some recipes/food ideas for low calorie high protein meals/snacks can you please post them. I dont eat red meat however you can still post it because I am sure there are others who will use it from this site.
