I just went for a nice walk at the park and here we have this big hill, it's pretty steep and it's definitely a good work out if you run up it. I see people go once or twice and they can't do any more. Well last week I did twice and that was enough for me, today I did three times and fast walk the 4th time. I am looking to put this in my exercises for today but no idea how many calories I could of burned and theres nothing about jogging uphill, any help please? I probably spent about 5-7 mins total on that hill.
