Solution to "rude" people in the forums

Find folks in the forums or groups that seem to have a good head on their shoulders, and befriend them.

If I cannot find the answer using Google, then I know I can ask the folks on my friends list. I no longer need the forum to ask questions -- I just post it to my profile.

The friendships I've made here are much more valuable in terms of information and support than anything in the forums.

You're welcome! :flowerforyou:

Probably a much better choice than talking to the forums in general!

I think the worst thing about posting questions on the forum is that:

    1) There usually isn't sufficient data to make accurate or sound advice.

    2) Your going to get a million different suggestions.

There are some exceptions, but those are my general feelings towards it.

Personally, I prefer to ask a group of strangers from a fitness forum my deeply personal questions, for advice on my current relationships, how to get a stain out of my rug, which modem is the best to buy, how to make spinach dip, where I can find a Whole Foods market in my area, and much, much more!

Granted, advice on cheating or sabotaging significant others is another story. Those threads please me, as they are quite entertaining.

The rude comments stem from people not using google first.

A natural pill called melatonin 5mg an hour before bed and it works. My daughter had to be put on it by her neurologist. See if that helps.
  • Will Electric Tape do? I have the bat, but no Duct Tape. :)

I can - but I doubt my advice would be... uhm... how to put it... encouraged by Educational Specialists around the Globe ? ^^

You guys are smart! Gonna combine the whiskey and Benadryl instead. Poor kid's got allergies.
