Help with Protein Shakes
Options
I have some questions around the topic of Protein Shakes.
When I make a protein shake, should I pour it into a glass, or drink it right out of the blender?
Is it better hold the glass (or blender) with the right hand or the left?
I heard that drinking it from a glass will help you tone but drinking from the blender will make you bulk. Note - I really want to avoid toning up.
Also, I some people say the shake needs to rest for 5 minutes before drinking to let the proteins settle down after being mixed up so violently. Other people say 30 seconds is fine. I'm so confused. Which one is right?

Dude, swallow the powder, then follow with 16oz of water. Then jump up and down to ensure mixture. This will also help with less denuturing of product consumed.

Definitely pour it into a glass, but it has to be a glass made out of glass and not plastic. You don't want toxic plastical chemicals to leach into your beverage.
Hold it in your left hand with the pinky extended. Drink it while shivering and wrapped in a blanket in front of the computer. This way, you can type very slowly with your right hand.
Of course, if you're left handed, you'll want to hold it in your right hand instead. Don't forget the pinky.
I think you'd better wait a full 5 minutes, because of the gas bubbles you create during the mixing process. These bubbles expand when they hit the acid in your stomach and give you the burps.0 -

People keep talking about protein powder, but I can't find meat in a powder form, where do you get it?0

It's actually best if you unscrew the blade from the bottom of the blender and let the shake fall out the bottom hole. This way you will avoid getting the top rim of the carafe dirty and it will be easier to clean later! Plus, you'll burn more calories taking your blender apart and putting it back together.
If your blender doesn't come apart this way - you need a new blender, like yesterday.0 -

You should only eat lean meats, never use supplements because they contain carbs and carbs are bad.0

Please do not listen to the people that told you those things!!! Wow!
Drink your shake however you like. I would routinely drink my shake directly from the blender because its fast, easy, and you only need to clean the blender. Not the blender and a cup....
Your thinking wayyyyyyy to far into this.0 -
But honestly it sounds like these questions are just made up like your trying to be funny.
"Is it better hold the glass (or blender) with the right hand or the left?
I heard that drinking it from a glass will help you tone but drinking from the blender will make you bulk. Note - I really want to avoid toning up. "
