5'4" what is your goal?

I am 5'4 and my first goal would be 140 but in between 125 & 130 is my uktimate goal. In high school I was no more than 115 ... I look at pics now and seem very skinny. After my daughter was born 9 yrs ago i went up to 125. I like how I looked then0

145 is my first goal. It's at the higher end of a healthy range for women who are 5'4", but I've spent most of my life over 200 pounds, so I'm just working toward 145 for now!0

Initially, my goal was 140. Then I kept going and kept losing -- I'm apple-shaped, so I still have fat to lose in my belly, hips and thighs. I'm at 129 now; my new goal is 125. I want to give myself 5 lbs of wiggle room, figuring I can (hopefully) maintain between 125 and 130.
But losing the last bit is a sloooow process (and it should be, frankly). My MFP goal is set for 1/2 a pound a week. Lately I've been losing about 1 lb a week, but that's mostly because I stopped eating like a pig like I was over the holidays. :laugh: Soon that rate will settle down to a 1/2 lb or less a week. And I'm OK with that.I also need to tone up/build muscle!

I'm a hair over 5'4" and my ideal weight is 135. at that weight I'm about a size 8 and I'm thin but not bony. I have a larger frame though, and carry a few extra pounds well.0

I am 5'4 and have always been over weight. My biggest was 185. After having both my children I weighed 145-150 and I was extremely happy with that I was a size 6. I could see my collar bone. I am now back up to 174 and put my goal at 150, I think any smaller than that for my build would look too skinny! So I think it all depends on your bone structure.0

I at at 150 lbs (up 3 lbs from holidays and an injury that has impacted my ability to exercise) .. I am trying to hit 145 first and then I would like to go for 140 .. after that, maintain or small increments.. as long as I don't have to struggle, I can be okay.0

I am very curvy and I like to be around 130. Anything less for me is hard to maintain and I lose energy. My current goal is 135. Being short is hard! :glasses:0

I'm 5'4'' and have played soccer since I was three so I'm pretty largely built. My goal weight is 135 and I feel comfortable there. Not super skinny, but in shape and healthy.0

Im 5'4 and goal is also 130 and then when I get there or closer I will or may reevaluate to 125 , just a question to add on to 5'4 on this thread what is your clothing size for those in the 130-140 range?0

5'4" Currently 233, down 5lbs since Jan 1. Cannot fathom yet being 180 let alone 125, but that's my ultimate goal. I've been 220+ for almost 20 years. Haven't been 125 since middle school. It'll be interesting.0

I'm 5'4" and when I first lost weight (95 lbs) in 2002 I got down to 140 and I was in a size 4! Was probably a little too thin for me. Right now I'm shooting for 145. (I'm 159 currently)

I am in inch taller 5'5 and am at 127. I was shooting for 125 but once I tone up I will be closer to 130.0
