While shopping, I couldn't resist the huge bag of tilapia for a steal of a price...so, now I have a months worth of fish, and not sure what all to do with it! Any recipe ideas would be great - and the fact that I'm still a beginner cook, hopefully simple recipes as well!

Ceviche -- my favorite fish dish. Traditionally, you don't cook the fish first, but I like to. I'll let you Google recipes.0

Garlic Lemon Tilapia is awesome! I've had this twice in the last 2 weeks and my husband & I love it!

Tilapia is one of my favorites because it tastes so good with some many different flavors. I often just broil mine with salt and pepper and a side of veggies and rice. I've also made fish tacos with them, covered them in bread crumbs for a fishstick type meal, lemon pepper sauce, experiment with the seasonings you have in your cupboard!0

Sprinkle it with cajun seasoning and bake---YUMMY---my whole family loves it this way.0
