Cool Whip Free

I keep seeing these delicious looking recipes for low calorie cupcakes but they all have cool whip free in them and I'm in the UK so don't have a clue what it is or where I could get it! Does anyone know or have any idea what could be used instead?

Or if anyone has any other low calorie cupcake frosting recipes I would be so happy (as would my boyfriend who would be chuffed to see there's cakes to eat again!)
