How Do I Calculate Calories for 30DS?

Hi all!
I am going to start Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred today, and I am just wondering how I should log the exercise. I saw people estimating a lot of different numbers and calculations on previous threads. Should I just list it as circuit training? I don't have a HRM. I am 5'7" and weigh 217.

yes log it as circuit training. i am currently 136lbs and i burned today 191 calories doing it. i will vary from 168-200 calories doing it. oh and i'm 5.2 and a half!0
