I have 2 overripe bananas that I need to use up, and a craving for something like a muffin, has anyone got any good recipes? I've been googling for ages and some of them just seem too good to be true!

first time I made it with sour cream and in 8 slices it was 300 calories
Second time I used greek yogurt. and cut into 12 slices at 200 calories. I used a bigger pan that time and it looked like it made more. It looked like I doubled the recipe.
I didn't use nuts or the honey butter.
This is really good. I know it's not the healthiest but it is good!!
Edit
chocolate covered Kaite has some recipes if you only want to make one muffin0 -
I love microwaving them in some oatmeal. It naturally sweetens it!0

These are delish! Low Fat Peanut Butter Banana Muffins, you could even add some mini chocolate chips (would tweak calories, etc). Enjoy!!
