Tomorrow I am starting this programme. The basic rules are No Wheat, no dairy, no alcohol, no sugar, no carbs after 5pm. I like it because you can have fruit (couple of pieces a day) and you can have carbs at lunchtime - like rice or rye bread or crispbread.

I need a boost, not just calorie counting because nothing seems to be happening. Seems similar to Dukan or Harbombe but not quite so harsh.

Don't for a minute think this is going to be easy but will let you know if it's worth a go.
