Cross tainer 20 mins - 208
Treadmill - 15 mins, jog/walk intervals- 180 cals
weights 35 mins - 174 cals
Total - 562
Then rode the horse for 1 hr0 -
Worked at home today

abs workout 10 min - 48

Yesterday I did Turbo Fire 45ez and burned 295 calories. Today I played soccer but didn't wear my hrm so I am not eating back my exercise calories today. We had lots of subs.0

Today I ran 6.6K. Burned 271 calories according to HRM, but it messed up a few times so who knows.0

I'm in. Today is probably rest day due to horrible rain this morning veto-ing sea swim (it's about safety not getting wet) and work meeting which will run late so unlikely to get in a cycle when I get home... I am trying to only allow 2 rest days per week, but which days are flexible as my weeks change all the time due to working weekends.0

I started a new "Run 10K Faster" program today- I started in week 3 so I can make it in time for a 10K in April.
I did 8K in 50 minutes, doing 1 min sprints and 2 min recovery.
I burned 400 calories.0 -

Treadmill (Gym at night)- 40 minutes- 400 Calories
Weird Row boat machine- 10 minutes- 50 Calories

Hi guys, haven't logged on here for a bit, been excercising but not getting to the gym as often as i would like as haen't been able to get a babysitter.
Got up early this morning and walked the dogs before hubby went to work
40 mins - 312 cals

Time to start posting my exercise again and get back on the wagon
Need load of motivation to keep going, so counting on all you lovely people to help me by posting your fantastic efforts
I will be beginning my calorie counting tomorrow. Riding the horse today and will get my butt back to the gym tomorrow for zumba class.
