Tips to control hunger

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a few get rid of hunger tips I have been trying and they work. I have found most the time, if I am eating right but just want to eat, for example tonight I am over my calories, I do one of the following and sometimes more than one.... Can anyone else add to the list?

Chew sugarless gum
Have a hot cup of tea
Eat a few tick tacs
Drink a couple large glasses of ice water

    I agree with the tea! although i have a hot chocolate for about 48 calories! just did it now! haha real good hunger killer!

    each of your alternatives is about your mouth,

    for me I forced myself to take up a hobby that requires 2 hands and I also think it is important to FEEL your hunger,

    I have found that hunger pains are often just a matter of habit, the habit of eating

    i drink decaff tea also. i also try to keep myself busy. if i feel like im about to cave i fold laundry or try to keep busy
