Need more calories not carbs

Does anyone know any foods that will increase calories but not carbs. Every day I seem to be at least 200 calories below my goal but only have about 20 or less carbs to spare. MP put my carb goal at 177 and I would like to be way less than that on a daily basis. So I need more calories. Any suggestions!?

1 egg is 0 carbs and 70 calories. 1 tbsp butter is 0 carbs, 100 calories. Lots of options for 0 carb with lots of calories.0

Almonds do have carbs, but much lower than eating an apple or bread. I do almonds a lot on days I'm low. I try to stick to a half of a serving, since my mind can't get around thinking that 16g of fat in 1 serving is still good fats! I also dip carrots in a tbsp of natural peanut butter. Yes, has some carbs, but still lower considering other things.0

Avocadoes, nuts, low fat cheese (mini babybels), protein powder, eggs, add some olive oil/coconut oil to smoothies to bump calories up....0

I eat Turkey Sausage Bites, only 6 have 80 calories and 6gm of protein. Makes for a great snack when I know I need to eat something fast. You can find them in the beef jerky section.
I also eat the Atkins bars when I need more calories. But I am also doing low carb.0 -
