Rebounding

Hi! Are there any other rebounder people out there? I'm thinking about buying a Bellicon, and I'm wondering if anyone else has one or does rebounding in general. What kind of results have you had? Thanks!

    Jumping on a mini trampoline.

    I have a great mini rebounder, bought it for 400 a few years ago

    Love it

    Use it on most days

    You go as hard as you like

    Great for flushing the lymphatic system, great for preventing cancer
