I've finished my first week

Ive just finished my first week and was under my 1500 calories a day target every day but two, I'm finding it ok but I'm struggling with the biggest evil and that is bread. I do like my bread!!!!! Could anyone give me any ideas what to eat instead of sandwiches. I've read I shouldn't eat any bread, pasta for 17 days, that sounds like hell, has anyone got any ideas for substitutes. Also is 1500 calories a day ok or should I be eating less. Hope somebody can help, as although I haven't weighed myself yet ( new scales on order) I don't feel like I'm losing anything.     hi there. i think you should not restrict bread or pasta.. i still eat carb.. i think it's bad when you try to restrict certain food, especially they are not junk food. they are just regular food.. dont go too extreme with your calories restriction too! good lucky,,
