Nutritional information - two minute noodles. Help!

Hi all!
Many of us have one food that is a bit of a "guilty pleasure" - a food that we have as a bit of a treat sometimes. Mine is two minute noodles.
Of course, I only have it on days where I have enough calories. However, the sodium content worries me. The nutritional data states that one Maggi Beef packet contains 1.1g of sodium with the broth.
Normally, I only use half of the flavouring packet and NEVER drink the broth. With these considerations, how many calories and how much sodium do you think I would be removing?
Thanks.
