i'm new here and just thought i might ask this. i know that when you sign up you get your calorie goal based on your current weight and height..i'm assuming. so i was wondering..as you are losing the weight does your calorie goal decrease per day to go along with your weight loss after you weigh in and post your new weight? i can't imagine that it would stay the same but i don't know if i'm supposed to be adjusting it myself.

MFP will reevaluate you after every 10 pounds lost, and ask you if you want to change your goals -- you'll get the message after you record your weigh-ins.

I think your daily intake also changes when you record your new weight. Mine has gone down by ~60 calories over the past two weeks.
And trust me, I know my daily intake is 2020 calories a day. You will start remembering this as you get into it haha.0
