I need a little motivation

So, I've been doing this for about maybe two weeks and it's been pretty slow....I'm beginning to feel like I'm gonna be fat forever and there's no hope for me! I don't know, I'm just wallowing in self pity! haha I was looking at before and after pics and have seen amazing results! So that's helped but I need something more! I'm totally down to committing to this. It'll get better in time right? Anywho, off to the gym! :/
