1-2-3 Program (Migraine Diet)

I am curious as to whether anyone else has read this book or tried this "diet"/system to treat their migraines. If so, can you tell me if it was successful in decreasing or eliminating your headaches?

I didn't read the book.
But I tracked my migraines for 3 years, and I definitely noticed foods were triggers, among other causes.0 -
I hadn't heard of this book but I looked it up and it has great reviews, so I just placed a library hold on it. So sorry I can't help, but thanks for the recommendation! I was talking to my aunt once about migraine triggers, and the list of foods we should be avoiding is a mile long!0

Let me know what you think once you get the book. I really did find it interesting. The diet isn't horrendous but will definitely take some major adjustments. One person gave me some feedback on facebook and said it worked great for her - she was able to determine her main triggers then add most of the other foods back in to her diet. I will have to review again what the restrictions are and decide if I am going to go all in!0
