Hello

I'm, well, sort of new. I've been using MyFitnessPal on iPod and since my cord for it is on the fritz, I thought I would check out the website. The past week has actually been really great. I love having my calories kept track of for me! That's always been my least favorite thing when dieting on my own. I've found I'm actually getting a lot better idea of what I'm doing and what I'm not doing with this app/website.

I let go of my better eating habits and over the past two years, just kind of ended up where I am now. I'm trying not to get discourage by the amount I have to lose, but sometimes it's hard. One day at a time though, am I right? I weigh myself on Wednesdays, so as not to get too obsessed with the scale (definitely a downfall of mine in the past!) Anyways, I'd love to make some new friends.
