What was your calorie allowance per day?

I think i started at maybe 1500 calories a day but as i lost the weight i got down to 1300. Now i have to work my way down to 1200. I do feel a lot better about myself. i actually enjoy shopping and wear clothes now

Good Job! Keep up the good work...I feel the same way...people tell me but I have only lost 6 lbs! I am going to hang on in here and pray that the pounds continue to come off
