Got a question...
When A person go for a Low Carb plan, do we still have to follow serving such as calories?
For example...
Turkey Susage (beef jerky) is 6 pieces for 190 calories, but only <1 g of carb... I do know that 6 pieces equal 190 calories but what about carb? Does it mean 6 pieces equal < 1 g?? or is it for full bag?

A friend of mine been on low carb for 3 years and he said he eat anything he want but NO starchy food because they tend to be higher in carbs... ( he also have celiac diease).. so he been losing a lot of weight and suggest me to try..

Any idea and answer would be great!! Thanks!~

  • Personally, when I think of "low carb", i think of low refined carbs: rice, spaghetti, noodles, bread, etc.

I would recommend still eating vegetables as carbs...

    Anyway, to answer your question...
if it says on the package, <1g carbs, then that is per serving.
