New brand new!

Hello all! I just came across MFP today! I am really excited about it too. I just started doing workouts with my boss and a few co-workers after work two days a week. I didn't think it was enough for what I would like to reach. I would like to lose around 50lbs. To be healthy for myself and for my daughter who will be 10 next month. Soda was a HUGE thing for me to give up. But I haven't had any in about two weeks now. It sure does feel good! Water Water Water is pretty much all I drink now and some crystal light.

I look forward to making some new friends who are trying to reach the same goals as I am.
