Is it better to run in the morning or at night? I plan to run before work (If i'm working)
Should you run before or after breakfast?
I plan to run at about 8/8.30am 3 times a week following the c25k plan

I have run in the morning, followed the C25K myself in fall, but found later morning or early afternoon I had more stamina and drive. But I wait 2 hours after eating to run or else I feel sick and get a cramp... Unless I eat something lighter, protein bar or something that doesn't fill me but gives the energy I need if its near a meal time but I want to run instead and eat after.

I usually run in the morning, after a coffee and a small snack (usually fruit, maybe crackers or a muesli bar) - unless it's a long run day in which case I have toast or an English muffin with PB and banana. I do much better with something in my stomach, although I didn't start this until my runs got longer.
I don't think there is any right or wrong time - it has to fit into your schedule and lifestyle.

I very very much wish I could run in the morning. I have always wanted to be a morning runner, but I'm not a morning person and sleep as long as I possibly can in the morning.

It doesn't matter what time you get your run in, as long as you're doing it.

I hear sometimes it's better to run in the morning. When your'e burning calories in the morning, you're burning off body fat and your body is constantly burning through out the day if you work out in the morning.. That's the same with lifting as well.

Does running slim your upper thighs?
