This is the link to my diary for tomorrow. I am trying to pack a lunch tonight so that I can keep tabs on what I am eating during the day when I start work Wednesday.
Any ideas? I'm a high school teacher, so I walk around the class all day, but I also do a lot of sitting in the staffroom.
This week is practice for when the kids come back next week. I want to have a food routine down by then.
Also, should I have the shake in the morning, and the cereal at lunchtime? It may be difficult to bring a shake to work in my lunch box.

Do the breakfast + beverage 'tea/coffee' + water
Add a piece of Fruit or 2 for Morning Tea + water
Add some simple wafer crackers with light cheese to your shake at lunch + water. Make a simple salad with lots of interesting tidbits in it and Carry the shake and pop it all in the fridge at the staff room before work. You can make your and your childs lunch the night before and pop them in the fridge, I did it while I made dinner, it saved a heap of time in the morning.
Have a healthy snack with a cup of tea or coffee in the afternoon when you get home from work. Drink water while you make dinner and organise your childs routine.
Make your dinners no more than 450 calories each, think Fresh veg, Fresh Fish / meat/ poultry = Fresh mind + Drink water
Enjoy a small desert or treat after you put your daughter to bed so you can relax and savour it!
Mix it up a little, have Toast for breakie if you like just don't do toast for breakie and a sandwich for lunch on the same day.
Hope this helps0
