need pals! goal: lose weight for brazil!

i am new and so far my progress has been a bit iffy. i find it hard to keep to my diet (aka, eating healthy) when i work at a restaraunt that serves mostly red meats. i will be going to brazil in march and i want to try and loose most of my unwanted weight before then to get that beach body i never really had. i am 4'11 and have been told im suppose to weight like 98 pounds which is rediculous. my all-time goal is 100 pounds if at 110 im still unhappy with my shape. i haven't grown since middle school and i used to weigh 113 which seemed to be a nice weight for me. i am now 18 years old and currently 129 pounds. so if you would like to be pals, lets! and if you have any yummy healthy recipes please share!! thanks!
