You know by now that regular exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, and you know if you ever want to reach your goal weight, you’d better be breaking a sweat. Exercise is not only a key ingredient in weight loss but also helps many of the body’s systems function better and can ward off heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and many other damaging conditions. Plus, exercise has been shown to improve skin health, boost mood, and give you more energy.

So why is it that people still manage to come up with every excuse in the book not to work out? It’s time to take some of your most common reasons not to exercise, and transform them into renewed fitness motivation.

The one tip I have for people, is take every day as it comes. Don't get down on yourself because you haven't formed the habit of exercise yet. Yesterday was yesterday, today is today. Today, you can do something. Today, take one little step. It's those first little steps that are the hardest - if you can get past that, then you feel SO good - better every day. :flowerforyou:
