NEWBIE - HELP PLEASE!

Hi everyone, I am new to this app - on day 4 and loving it! Just one question, for an effective weight loss, should you eat all the calories earned through exercise or will the weight loss be greater if you don't eat them? Thanks for any tips/hints and suggestions! ALI X
