One of the best WOs I have done for ab work is to use a Swiss Ball....lay down on that with your shoulders leaning on the ball....feet flat on the floor and do crunches....then get on your knees, ball in front of you and roll it out while leaning on the ball.....next, lay flat on your back, legs resting on ball and rotate your legs back and forth.....however the plank works just as well. Unfortunately, you will be building muscles but there is no way of spot focusing on losing the fat.
Best of luck in your goals!!! Stay strong!!0 -
you cant really 'spot reduce' and lose fat from a specific area, no matter how much ab exercises you do it will not be visible if its covered with a layer of fat.
you will need to do ab exercises like those mentioned above to tone the stomach muscles, combined with cardio to get your body fat % lower.0
