Non Consistent Food Intake

At times, I feel hungry and I will eat three meals a day. At times, I don't feel hungry and I will eat two meals a day or probably a meal a day. Sometimes, I take only a glass of milo for breakfast and I feel really full. How much water do you drink? I tend to drink up to 6 liters a day, do you think it's part of the cause for my weight?

I need to lose about 25lbs and my height is only 5'1" or so. Hhhhmm.....I need some motivation here....
