I am taking the following:
Vitamin D3 5000iu- I live in Northern Michigan, and I need my sunshine vitamin! It also helps with depression. I take this dose 5 times a week.
5 days a week:
Calcium - 660 mg
Magnesium -133 mg
Zinc - 10 mg
Vitamin C 150 mg
Thiamin 5mg
Riboflavin 5 mg
Niacin 50 mg
Vitamin B6 5mg
Folate 200 mcg
Vitamin B12 40 mcg
Biotin 15 mcg
Pantothenic Acid - 25mg
These are all included in 3 separate supplements, and from what I have read, I can take these all at the same time, with water. So I have been taking these in the morning with my breakfast.
I have noticed since taking these that my weight is fluctuating a lot. I do normally weigh daily and pretty much know what to expect. I am now fluctuating about 6-8 pounds a day (morning to morning, I don't weigh multiple times during the day). Could it be something with these supplements that are contributing? I do know that throughout my life I have been anemic, which is why I chose the supplements that I did, at least in part.
I have been getting more soy protein over the same time period - just coincidentally. Could this be doing something?
I just know that this is beyond what I expect and want to know what is doing it.
