Any Midnight workers out there?!

I know this may sound like a bunch of excuses, in which I know some are, but I am just wondering if anyone out there is having troubles with fitting everything in while working midnights?? I work only 3 sometimes 4 days a week. but the day after (my first day off) I am just beat.I will sleep from like 930 am til 4 or 5 pm, get up help with dinner, help with kids school stuff etc. Then by 8 pm I am in bed for the night again. Either waking at 3 am wide awake, or sleeping til 6 the next morning. I know once I get a plan down I should be ok, I just need to know if anyone has any tips on how to regain some motivation/or tips to work through the sleeping/dragging al day feeling after working midnights! Thanks in advance!!
