Hi
I really need an answer to something that I just don't understand.
Firstly, I am eating 1500 calories a day and I am exercising also. My probem is that I just don't understand why I would want to eat extra food over the 1500 calories because I have exercised. I exercise so that I can lose more weight.
If I need 2500 calories to live daily and I eat 1500 calories daily then that is a saving of 1000 calories a day which equals a weight loss of 2lbs a week roughly.
To summarise why would I want to eat the exercise calories? In what way would it help?

You don't need to eat those calories, they are there if you need them for more energy! But not nessesary You are on a good track just keep it up!0
