    My goal is not fitness related its to try and cram in the water ( even if this does mean I tinkle alot ;) Hahaha

    But on the fitness aspect I also want to ensure I get up and walk around more in the office and at home !

    I was sick the week after New Year's and this past week, I started feeling really good, partly due to watching my food, and eating better. I almost don't know what to do with the extra energy, even though I have plenty of things on my to-do list.

    My goal is to get 20 minutes of exercise in at least 4 days this week. Not feeling too good, have a bronchial infection. But if I don't move, I know I'll feel worse.

    Yes, it's quiet! Can anyone tell me how to make this group show up in my groups? I belong to two other groups and I can see them okay, but not this one.

    Anyway, I am really, really looking forward to spring! We haven't even had a bad winter, but I'm looking forward to it;.
