I always wish to see Handsome and sexy men in my gym to get motivated! 
Otherwise getting up at 5:30 in the morning everyday and going to gym in this chilling weather is not an easy task :huh:

YUP Me too!! There are a few I see on a regular basis
But I have MANY on my FL who are amazing supporters and that helps me when I don't wanna go 0 -

Back when I belonged to my local gym, that's really the only reason I went. My friends and I would make up nicknames for the guys we liked so we could talk about them without being overheard

It actually puts me off if there are really nice looking and ripped guys there. Makes me a bit paranoid. Although i do tend to look like quasimodo after a workout (ie, hunched over, practically falling to the ground out of breath, red faced! lol)0

In my experience I think most of the guys find it sexy ;-)
I have been experiencing it from last 3 years once I get all red faced and sweaty the personal trainers(which are my frens now) /male frens used to flirt with me alot.. but nomore in my current gym
Although there is not a single HANDSOME trainer in my current gym so I dont miss that flirting much LOL
