I was about 20 minutes in Turbo Fire workout this morning and felt my should do something funny and then it started hurting. I’ve been doing turbo fire for a while and have never experienced pain. I took some ibuprofen but my shoulder still hurts and the pain is traveling down to my forearm. It hurts to raise my arm up to even pick up the phone on my desk. I plan on resting my upper body and giving it a few days before I go to the Dr.
I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if it went away with just a few rest days. Thanks
