Percentages....

So as of right now I have my carbs set to 40%, protein to 40%, and fats to 20%. However, I am not trying to burn fat or lose weight or whatever. I just want to maintain. Whats a normal ratio? Because it seems my carbs are kind of low and protein pretty high right now. Thanks!

    I have mine currently set to 40/30/30 - which seems similar to your percentages. I am also trying to maintain with some muscle strengthening. I am curious as to what others think - as I have wondered if my goals are set correctly.

    I'm set at 45c/25f/30p. I need those extra carbs for running. no chance without them. And I'm not trying to lose weight either. Guessing from the MFP default, I think "normal" carb percentage might be closer to 55%.
