Got started 2 weeks ago and just getting to these boards

Hi, I started 2 weeks ago after New Year's with my new Ipod. I love how this keeps track for me and the large database of food. I don't feel like I'm even dieting because as long as I track my food and portions, I can eat most of the same things I already was eating. I'm 41 and have diabetes and I need to get healthier. I'm a Mom of a 11 and 9 year old. Looking for more supprt and love to share stories.
