I am curious as to what others eat for a healthy breakfast? I have tried oatmeal with fruit and nuts, eggs with cheese and toast and cereal with fruit. What are some good options others eat for breakfast. My mother is on the ideal protein diet and believes that all should eat a breakfast like a king but I still feel I need a morning snack. I'm not a heavy woman by any means, I am 5'5 and weigh about 110 lbs so I should be satisfied easily.

try leftovers from dinner........ if it filled you up the meal before, it should do the same at breakfast.
Otherwise I love oatmeal with fruit and nuts or yogurt.

You(meaning you in particular since you are probably underweight) should eat anything you want for breakfast, as long as it is not unhealthy. IE bacon, or other foods rich in trans or saturated fats.

Granola!! It's good and filling and I crave it all the time. :) Another thing you could think about is just varying the bread a bit. Toast and fruit could be bagels, a whole wheat waffle, english muffin, blueberry muffins, a piece of French toast, etc. It will feel like more of a variety that way and there are a ton of different bread items that are a great source of fiber.

I love homemade breakfast tacos. An egg scrambled with onions, mushrooms, and spinach or kale (or other leafy green), lean hot turkey sausage, some salsa and maybe some cheddar on one or two small whole wheat tortilla shells. I put the shells in the toaster oven before filling. Yummy and filling!

0% Fage Greek Yogurt and Blueberries. I have it almost every day. So nice and only 114 calories for 200g (100g yogurt and 100g blueberries)
