Anyone out there have a good source for quality vitamins, specifically prenatal and even better those that are formulated for people with sensitive stomachs? Near as I can tell prenatal vitamins are mostly like a multi, but with some differences. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

So are you saying Doctors can "prescribe" vitamins that are not available to the general public? That would be news to me. And this particular Doctor suggested GNC, anyway. I normally get my Vitamins from www.puriton.com but I've been unhappy with the quality with some of their stuff. The best prenatal vitamins are the ones prescribed by a doctor.0

I couldn't stomach prenatal vitamins my doctor prescribed when I was pregnant, so instead she had me take 2 Flintstone gummys and one itty bitty pill for extra folic acid.0

Yup. While trying to get pregnant my GP just recommended taking a OTC prenatal vitamin, but once I was pregnant and started seeing an OB he prescribed a prenatal vitamin. It was filled by the pharmacy and not with an OTC.0 -
