"3 tips to burn fat"..... what a waste of time!

So, I clicked on the "3 tips" link here on myfitness pal hoping to get a quick tip, instead I got stuck watching an endless "video" about a diet program. I still don't know what the "3 tips" were. MFP.... what was that about?

    That pretty much covers it.

    What you clicked on was an ad banner. My understanding is MFP doesn't have any control over them, they come from your web browser history. I often get a Carnival banner because I have done searches on my upcoming cruise.
