  • I also wear multiple bras when working out. Whenever I do jumping jacks or run, I tend to hold myself! lol I obviously shouldn't do this in public...

Moving Comfort Juno or Maia... worth the investment. Check out their site or you can get them at ****'s and sometimes can find them at , Zappos, Amazon and www.sierratradingpost.com.

I gave up on sports bras - I just wear my underwire or I'd end up with black eyes.

LMAO!!! yes.... there's no sportsbra for this chick...black eyes it would be!!!!! lolololol. Since I've been losing, I just find one of my older underwire bras and put it on the tightest fit possible... ;) Even if it's one of my fancy cute ones..lol.. might as well get some use from them until I lose too much to be able to wear em' anymore!
  • So glad to know that I'm not the only one =)
  • Moving Comfort Fiona -- it's a lifesaver. It has a regular hook closure back and adjustable straps. And comes in lots of colors. My only complaint is that it's not racerback so it doesn't work with some tops (well it works, it just has straps that obviously show). I think I'm going to get a Moving Comfort Juno or Rebound Racer (both are adjustable straps and racerbacks). Don't be afraid to invest in a great sports bra, it will pay in the end!
  • I understand.. I have to wear two pairs of underwear when I work out ;)

I thought it was funny bro, even if no one else will claim it was.

30 GG (32 for a sports bra, why are they always smaller?)
I have to buy my bras from figleaves.com. I have a couple freya active bras, they're good for my job and light workouts, but for when I run and jump and twist I have a Shock Absorber. Beware this one, I look like a B cup in it my girls are so squished down. The swell of them starts just under my collar bone in this bra, lol but they DO. NOT. MOVE. Love it but I will NOT leave the house wearing it, so if you're the kind that goes to a gym, I have no input lol.

I am a similar size, and I feel the same way about the Shock Absorber. It is absolutely hideous, but it holds them in their place. Mine move a tiny bit, but without this bra, I wouldn't be able to work out.
  • 34D I have to wear a normal bra and two sports bras over it
  • I had the same problem... I finally broke down and bought a really expensive Nike sports bra and it really made a difference!!

I completey understand. This is the only thing that I have found that works for me as weel. I have so many sports bras its not funny. Buying them thinking they will hold me b/c they were "recommended" but what it really was was a waste of money. I think I will stick with what I know

Yep, this is what I do. I have 2 that are a size or two too small & that is the only thing that I've found that works. Can't wear under-wire as they always seem to dig into me as I bend. Have tried many different brands & styles to no avail. :grumble:

I wear a regular bra that I criss-cross in the back. I make sure it's tight. Then I put on a one-size-too-small sports bra over the top. Those puppies don't move an inch. Best method I've found. Also, I update my sports bras frequently; they seem to loose their elasticity pretty quick.
  • Yes. Academy Sports and Outdoors has an under wire sports bra. It is the mac daddy of them all and works wonders! Champion also has a version if you go to their website. Make sure you read the descriptions so that you see that it says under wire. I was MISERABLE running in two sports bras until I discovered the under wire extravaganza. It made all the difference in the world and put "the girls" up where they belong :).
oh wow im going on the lookout for this, I have a bravissimo boughtsports bra, but at 36k even thats not stopping me getting two black eyes when I try anyhigh movement excersize, ive just been keeping to low impact but ill give this a try now! Thanks!!
