I want to make sure I understand this correctly, as I am sorta new.
My daily goal calories are 1,970. I generally eat between 1600 and 1700. I have kicked up my exercise goals, just to feel more fit and help in the weight loss progress.
If I am given exercise calories, do I eat them all? For instance, i burned 1300+ calories the other day but I consumed 2500 total calories. It gave me a net of under the 1200 that I understand to be necessary to keep my metabolism going.
Please clarify this for me, as I have done it several days in a row. I am severely obese and want fast results (of course don't we all).
